Clifden Arts Festival & Enniskillen Arts Festival

Greetings! Well the summer has passed and what a great time that was, crap weather but hey who can change the weather! Dunfanaghy Blues Festival this year was fantastic, what a great wee festival, well done to Donald and Sian, cant wait til 2011.

As for us here at Mark Black Central were getting geared up for 2 very exciting gigs in the coming months. We will be at Clifden Arts Week on Saturday 25th September with the 3 piece and then off to Enniskillen Arts Fest on 2nd October with the mighty Roots Orchestra for the final Roots gig of the year! We will be doing a double header with DJ Andrew Weatherall at Willie Ramblers in Enniskillen so it should prove to be a very interesting evening. Cant wait. Also in October we will be returning to Navan to play at the Backroom (Lantern Bar) on Friday 15th, I hope some of you in the area can come along for some support!! After that its new album time so we will be spendng a few months in the studio getting the wheels in motion for studio album number 3! Gonna spend the winter getting it ready for a 2011 spring release! So long for now, see ya's out there where live music is happening!.
